Scott Howe
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Howe joined the Company in 2011 as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to joining the Company, he served as corporate vice president of Microsoft Advertising Business Group from 2007–2010. In this role, he managed a multi-billion-dollar business encompassing all emerging businesses related to online advertising, including search, display, ad networks, in-game, mobile, digital cable and a variety of enterprise software applications. Mr. Howe was employed from 1999–2007 as an executive and later as a corporate officer at aQuantive, Inc. where he managed three lines of business, including Avenue A | Razorfish (a leading Seattle-based global consultancy in digital marketing and technology), DRIVE Performance Media (now Microsoft Media Network), and Atlas International (an adserving technology now owned by Facebook). Earlier in his career, he was with The Boston Consulting Group and Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. He previously served on the boards of Blue Nile, Inc., a leading online retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry, and the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB). He is a magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University, where he earned a degree in economics, and he holds an MBA from Harvard University.
Lauren Dillard

Lauren Dillard is the EVP, Chief Financial Officer at LiveRamp, where she leads all aspects of the company’s finance and investor relations. Prior to LiveRamp, Lauren spent five years at Acxiom, and two years at Addo Communications, where she helped develop and execute investor relations strategies for private and public companies in the TMT space. Before Addo, she worked in Corporate Finance at Silver Spring Networks and completed her CPA at Ernst & Young. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
Sharawn Tipton
Chief People Officer
Sharawn Tipton is the Chief People Officer at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), the leading data collaboration platform. Sharawn spearheads LiveRamp’s global people and culture (P&C) strategy and all aspects of P&C programs in support of the company’s continued growth一including global talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion and belonging, workplace experience, business partners, talent enablement, total rewards, benefits, HR technology, and people operations.
Previously, Sharawn was the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Micron Technology, where she led the diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) and employee relations functions within the people organization. Most notably in this role, she achieved global pay equity for all underrepresented groups and hosted the first employee resource group summit for the company. Sharawn has also established high-impact initiatives and world-class people programs in prior positions at Flextronics, Gensler, and Safeway over her 20-year professional career.
In addition to her corporate work, Sharawn devotes time to serving as chairperson of two non-profit boards, College Track Oakland and Fair Pay Workplace, as well as a mentor to first-generation and underrepresented college students.
Sharawn is a graduate of California State University, East Bay and holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Golden Gate University. Her accreditations include certifications from Senior Professional Human Resources, Society for Human Resources Management, and Project Management Institute.
Vihan Sharma

Vihan Sharma is the Chief Revenue Officer at LiveRamp. Before this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Safe Haven and Managing Director Europe. Vihan oversees all global commercial functions and is responsible for LiveRamp’s growth and operations in Europe. He was formerly Vice President of Product at Acxiom and was responsible for all aspects of Acxiom’s data and product strategy outside of the US. Prior to joining Acxiom, he held several strategic leadership positions across a number of start-ups in Europe.
Kimberly Bloomston

Kimberly Bloomston (she/her) has over 15 years of experience leading product management and business operations. She is currently the Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Kimberly has served in executive roles leading Product, Design, and Operations across a variety of software companies and industries. She has experience leading strategic initiatives that focus on maturing and expanding solutions in the midst of market and company transformation. Kimberly loves tackling hard problems and is passionate about design thinking, story telling, collaboration, and enabling product operations to scale and grow a business. In addition to Product Management, she has led sales and partner programs, managed services, and customer success. Kimberly moved to California in 2019 with her kids, Mason and Avery. When Kimberly is not working, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors, working out in her home gym, making art, and spending time with her family.
Mohsin Hussain

Mohsin Hussain is the Chief Technology Officer at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), leading the global engineering team. In his role, Mohsin is responsible for ensuring LiveRamp’s world-class products and technology platforms continue to scale and innovate to meet the ever-growing needs of the company’s 1000+ customers across a broad range of sectors including brands, agencies, technology vendors, data providers, and publishers.
Prior to joining LiveRamp, Mohsin served as senior vice president of engineering at Criteo where he was responsible for leading the engineering organization in the United States. He led a large-scale buildout of the US engineering team, the launch of several new products from the ground up, and the successful research and development integration of several acquisitions including Hooklogic.
With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, leadership, and innovation, he brings an extensive technical background in software and distributed systems, data science and machine learning, analytics and the cloud. His career has spanned leadership roles across several high-growth start-ups and public companies including AOL/Netscape, Seibel, SunPower, and Criteo. Mohsin has expertise building large-scale high-availability systems, cultivating empowerment-based engineering culture, and integrating complex technology M&A.

Jessica Shapiro is Chief Marketing Officer at LiveRamp. Jessica oversees all functions of marketing globally. Jessica has extensive marketing expertise and has held leadership roles at some of the most iconic business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) brands, including Microsoft, Starbucks and SAP. She is known for building enduring customer-centric brands, driving growth-focused marketing, delivering innovative customer and partner experiences, and building high-performing teams. Prior to LiveRamp, she served as vice president of global corporate marketing and vice president of demand generation and field marketing at Icertis. Jessica holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the Michael G Foster School of Business.

Jerry C. Jones is the EVP, Chief Ethics and Legal Officer of LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides the identity platform for powering exceptional experiences.
Prior to LiveRamp, Jerry was the Chief Ethics and Legal officer at Acxiom since 1999, where he oversaw all legal and data ethics matters. He also assists in the strategy and execution of mergers and alliances and the Company’s strategic initiatives.
Previously, he was employed for 19 years as an attorney with the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, representing a broad range of business interests. He is a member of the board of directors of Agilysys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGYS), a leading developer and marketer of proprietary enterprise software, services and solutions to the hospitality and retail industries, where he serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. He also serves on the board of directors of Heifer International and on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Board of Visitors, and is a co-founder of uHire U.S. He is a Special Advisor to the Club de Madrid, an organization composed of over 100 former Presidents and Prime Ministers from more than 60 democratic countries.
He was also a member of the board of directors of Entrust, Inc. until it was purchased by private investors in 2009 and is former chairman of the board of the Arkansas Virtual Academy. Mr. Jones holds a juris doctorate degree and a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Arkansas.
David Eisenberg

David is the Chief Strategy Officer at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) and Head of LiveRamp Ventures. As CSO, he is responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business development and spearheads many of our company-wide strategic initiatives. He drives our annual strategy and long-range planning process. He leads our partnership efforts with cloud providers, digital media, adtech, martech and global services firms. In addition, David led the original acquisition of LiveRamp as part of Acxiom, and has helped to drive our strategy through 12 acquisitions, 5 divestitures, including the $2.3B sale of Acxiom’s marketing services division to Interpublic Group.
Prior to LiveRamp, David served as head of global corporate development for Rakuten Group, a $15 billion global consumer Internet and Ecommerce Company, where he led the company’s global expansion strategy, M&A and business development efforts in the U.S., Europe and China, including the successful U.S. launch of Rakuten.com, Rakuten Marketing and Rakuten Loyalty including the acquisitions of LinkShare, CauseLoyalty, Traffic Strategies, and FreeCause.
David serves on the Board of Directors at Catalina Marketing (2021) and formerly at Ensono (acquired by KKR for $1.9B in 2022).
Joe Glass
SVP, GM of Global Markets and Sales
Joe Glass is SVP, GM of Global Markets and Sales at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), the leading data collaboration platform. He manages LiveRamp’s customer and prospect relationships for brands and agencies, as well as the company’s sales development group. Joe joined LiveRamp as its 46th employee and has helped the company scale and grow its brand and agency customers over his 10+ year tenure. He also played a pivotal role in LiveRamp’s divestiture from Acxiom.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an Executive MBA from Stanford University. He also serves on the advisory board for URJ Camp Newman, a youth organization that promotes a community of acceptance and positive behaviors. Joe is based in San Francisco.
Travis Clinger
Chief Connectivity & Ecosystem Officer
As the Chief Connectivity and Ecosystem Officer at LiveRamp, Travis Clinger leads LiveRamp’s Connectivity team. This entails leading LiveRamp’s relationships across media, adtech, and martech: driving strategic initiatives, advancing global partnerships, and overseeing the business development and go-to-market strategies for key addressability products and initiatives along with enabling seamless activation and measurement of every consumer experience across LiveRamp’s premier global ecosystem.
Travis is a co-founder and Board Member of the Advertising ID Consortium, advocating for people-based identifiers to be transacted across the open Internet. He also serves as a Board Member of the IAB Tech Lab. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Travis was a director at Epic Systems, responsible for implementing systems that manage sensitive healthcare information. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rollins College.
Daniella Harkins

Daniella Harkins is SVP, Go To Market at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), the leading data collaboration platform, where she works at the intersection of product and commercial teams to drive the structure and transformation of the two divisions toward the next evolution — empowering them to achieve maximum productivity. She holds a deep understanding of the market and field (internal & external) and translating it into GTM activities such as pricing, product stories, salesplays, and launches.
Harkins was an early member of LiveRamp, and has been instrumental in the company’s growth within a highly competitive market. Formerly GM, Strategic and Media Alliances for LiveRamp, she focused on strategic growth and partnerships with LiveRamp’s largest clients, leveraging the power of identity across the ecosystem. She built her career working with clients at the intersection of data, technology, and creative, and has since used those relationship experiences to influence how she organically—and structurally—provides commercial team support within her current day-to-day. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Harkins was VP, Strategic Solutions at Verve, where she built programmatic and data partnerships to power mobile solutions for Verve’s clients. She has also previously held numerous executive roles at Acxiom. Harkins has cultivated strong global relationships throughout her professional tenure.

Amy Lee Stewart, SVP, General Counsel and Chief Data Ethics Officer of LiveRamp, brings over 30 years of legal and data ethics experience.
She has served as lead counsel in matters involving FRCA privacy litigation, trade secrets, unfair competition, antitrust claims, and previously served as outside counsel for Acxiom. Amy has been a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) since 2015.
Prior to joining LiveRamp, Amy was a Member and Director at Rose Law Firm and served as an Adjunct Professor at the William H. Bowen School of Law, University of Arkansas. Amy is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and received her B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College. She is also an alum of Phillips Exeter Academy.

Mr. Battelle is an entrepreneur, journalist, professor and author who has founded or co-founded various media and technology-based businesses. He is the co-founder of DOC, a healthcare media business, and a Senior Fellow and Professor of Practice at Northeastern University. Previously, he founded Recount Media Inc., a NY-based media platform, sold in 2023 to The News Movement. He is chair of the board of directors of Sovrn Holdings, Inc., a programmatic advertising and publisher platform that connects publishers with data and monetization solutions. He is also a director at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, and has taught at Berkeley as well as Columbia University. In 2012, he was the founder and CEO of NewCo Platform, Inc., a city-based conference and media platform. In 2005, Mr. Battelle founded the Internet media company Federated Media Publishing, where he served as chairman and CEO until its sale to LIN Media in 2014.
He actively maintains Searchblog, an ongoing daily site which covers the intersection of media, technology and culture. In 2004, Mr. Battelle co-founded and served as executive producer of theWeb 2 Summit. Mr. Cadogan is the chief executive officer of GoFundMe, the world’s largest fundraising platform. Prior to assuming this position in 2020, he was chief executive officer of OpenX Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of digital advertising technology. Mr. Cadogan continues to serve OpenX as its chairman of the board. From 2003-2008 Mr. Cadogan served as senior vice president of Global Advertising Marketplaces at Yahoo! where he oversaw the primary advertising product lines including display, search and video. Previously at Yahoo!, he was vice president of search where he was responsible for both the consumer search and the paid search businesses. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Mr. Cadogan was vice president of search at Overture (formerly GoTo.com), a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Ms. Chow served as SVP, Strategic Execution & Operations of DocuSign, Inc (NASDAQ: DOCU), an agreement cloud company, from March 2021-February 2022, in which role she was responsible for priority projects including the delivery, assessment, solution design, process and workflow optimization. From 2013-2021, she served as DocuSign’s Chief Accounting Officer and was responsible for accounting, sales compensation, internal audit, tax and treasury. Prior to joining DocuSign in 2013, she served for five years as the VP, Worldwide Controller for Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA), a leading publisher of video games. Prior to that, she held VP and Corporate Controller positions at Restoration Hardware (NYSE: RH), a home furnishings retailer, and Thermage, Inc., a medical device manufacturer. Mr. Kokich, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, is currently working as a consultant. He served as executive chairman of the board of directors of Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX), a mobile and online advertising company based in Seattle, from 2015-2016 and as chief strategy officer of Marchex from 2013-2015. For the prior 14 years Mr. Kokich was an executive at Razorfish, a leading Seattle-based global consultancy in digital marketing and technology, serving most recently as chairman of the board. Prior to joining Razorfish, he was CEO of Calla Bay, Inc. and was previously director of sales and marketing for a division of McCaw Cellular Communications. In his early career he spent 12 years in traditional advertising, including serving as executive vice president/managing director for Cole & Weber, a division of Ogilvy & Mather. He is a director of Xembley, Inc., a SaaS business productivity software company headquartered in Seattle. He previously served as a director of Childhaven, a Seattle children’s charity, Power Digital Marketing, a full service digital marketing consultancy based in San Diego, until its sale in 2021, and Rocket Fuel Inc. Mr. O’Kelley is the CEO of Scope3, a company he co-founded in December 2021 focused on decarbonization in media and advertising through end-to-end emissions measurement across the supply chain. In 2019 Mr. O’Kelley co-founded Waybridge, a supply-chain platform for commodities, and was its CEO until December 2021. Previously he was CEO of AppNexus, a company he co-founded in 2007 which was acquired by AT&T in 2018. From the acquisition date until February 2019 he served as a strategic advisor to assist with the integration of AppNexus into AT&T. Prior to AppNexus, for four years Mr. O’Kelley was Chief Technology Officer of Right Media, a digital advertising exchange acquired by Yahoo in 2007. Mr. O’Kelley serves on the board of Tech:NYC. He has been recognized in Crain’s “40 Under 40,” Adweek 50, and Silicon Alley 100 lists. In 2012 he was named as an “EY Entrepreneur of the Year” in the New York region. O’Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in computer science from Princeton University.
Omar Tawakol

Mr. Tawakol is the CEO of Rembrand, a firm that uses AI to generate virtual product placements. From 2019-2022 he served as GM of Product Led Growth at Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO). In 2017 he founded and was CEO of Voicea, a company specializing in leveraging conversational artificial intelligence which was acquired by Cisco in 2019. Prior to founding Voicea, Mr. Tawakol was employed by Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) as SVP and GM of Oracle America Inc.’s Data Cloud division. In 2007, he founded BlueKai, Inc., a leading data management platform for Fortune 100 marketers, and served as its CEO until BlueKai’s acquisition by Oracle in 2014. Prior roles include chief advertising officer and general manager of Medio Systems, Inc. (acquired by Nokia); and CEO of CoRelation (acquired by Audience Science). Mr. Tawakol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and two Master of Science degrees from Stanford University, one in engineering and the other in computer science.

Ms. Tomlin is a member of the board of directors of Weave Communications, Inc. (NYSE: WEAV), a leading customer communications and engagement software platform. She also serves as an advisor to Blumberg Capital, a venture capital firm, and as an independent director of Nexla, Inc., a venture-backed data fabric architecture company. She was chief marketing officer and head of global communications at NortonLifeLock Inc. (NASDAQ: NLOK), formerly Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) until September 2020. Prior to joining Symantec, Ms. Tomlin served from 2012-2019 as EVP, chief marketing, distribution and customer officer for CSAA Insurance Group (“CSAA”), a major provider of AAA-branded insurance, leading all aspects of marketing, customer experience and data strategies. During her tenure at CSAA, she also led distribution and enterprise strategy.
From 2007-2012, Ms. Tomlin held several senior leadership positions, including vice president of marketing at Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF), where she led commercial banking, retail, national small business credit card and sponsorship marketing. Before joining Capital One, Ms. Tomlin held the roles of senior marketing officer, head of life insurance product management and corporate brand at USAA, a Fortune 500 diversified financial services group. Prior to USAA, she held numerous marketing positions, including chief marketing officer at LOMA, an international organization providing products for distribution, operations and education training for global financial services companies.
Ms. Tomlin is a former member of the board of directors of the YMCA of San Francisco and the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Society of Georgia. She has been repeatedly honored by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business. Ms. Tomlin holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Siena College and a master’s degree in political science from North Carolina State University.
