LiveRamp may utilize some or all of the following Third-Party Sub-Processors and LiveRamp Affiliates to process your Company data in the course of providing services under your agreement with LiveRamp.

You must subscribe to receive email notification of updates to Third-Party Sub-processors and such LiveRamp Affiliates by submitting (1) the email address for such notifications and (2) the full name of the legal entity on whose behalf you are subscribing. By subscribing, you will be notified by email about changes to LiveRamp’s Third-Party Sub-processors and LiveRamp Affiliates that may be involved in processing your Company Data. If you are a LiveRamp customer and you have a fully executed Data Processing Agreement with LiveRamp, you may object to the use of any new Third Party sub-processor using the mechanism set forth in your Data Processing Agreement with LiveRamp.
