We’re psyched to announce that LiveRamp has been recognized as a winner of the 2018 Bay Area Best Places To Work!

This is not just an award about how much work LiveRamp has put into becoming a great place to work, but also a measure of how excited LiveRampers are to work here.

In other words, we agree. We think we’re really great.

About the Bay Area Best Places To Work Award

Presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal, the Bay Area Best Places to Work award honors organizations for having created exceptional workplaces that their employees value highly.

Award applicants were evaluated and ranked across five categories according to the number of Bay Area employees. The ranking found companies in the region whose employees rate them highly on being fun, having a collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits offerings, and other amenities, as well as ethical management practices and other qualities.

We ranked 7th out of 35 companies in the large company category, and were one of only 5 companies recognized for the Wellness Award (given to companies that incorporate wellness into their organization through health offerings, benefits, and personal engagement).

LiveRamp’s mission

At LiveRamp, we are on a mission to connect the digital and physical world, helping companies leverage the power of identity resolution to create innovative products and services that improve the world in which we live.

As a team, we’re building expertise in a technology that will solve colossal problems for many industries in the coming years.

As individuals, we are not only gaining relevant experience for improving the consumer experience through marketing, but we are also shaping how our expertise will be applied and seen as equally valuable to the medical, energy, smart technology, and automotive industries, to name a few. And given our values and culture, we are proud that we’re solving these problems in an ethical manner that’s great for our customers and respectful of real people.

LiveRamp is eight years old, and each of those years has been full of growth—and therefore full of change. We held onto our culture over the years by prioritizing the following:

  • Hiring and retaining only the best. And no jerks.
  • Doing the best thing for LiveRamp overall. No factionalism.
  • Giving people high degrees of freedom and responsibility. Can’t have one without the other.

We’re honored to be recognized as 2018 Bay Area Best Places to Work. If you thrive in attacking problems of mind-bending complexity, if you’re seeking a workplace where you can learn and grow, and if you’re as open, collaborative, and driven as you are brilliant, consider joining our team.
