Financial Security

  • Competitive 401K

    Save for retirement by contributing up to 50% of your pay. Enroll in pre-tax and/or Roth. LiveRamp matches 100% of your contributions, up to a total match of 6%, with no vesting. You may also contribute after-tax to your 401(k). In Plan Roth Conversions are also available.

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plans

    Employees have the option to purchase LiveRamp stock through payroll contributions. Contributions are used to purchase LiveRamp stock at a 15% discount off the stock price on the first day or last day of the six-month purchase period, whichever is lower.

  • Flex Spending and HSAs

    Utilize tax effective flexible savings accounts and HSAs to cover your medical and dependent care expenses. Increase your take home pay with these pre-tax accounts: Health FSA, Dependent FSA, and Commuter/Parking FSA (up to $75 per month LiveRamp subsidy).

  • Voluntary Insurance Benefits

    Accident Insurance helps you with out-of-pocket expenses for specific injuries and events from a covered accident. Critical Illness insurance protects you against financial stress from a serious covered medical condition. Long Term Care Insurance provides a permanent life insurance benefit and a benefit for long term care services.

BERGs

BERGs, or business employee resource groups, at LiveRamp are a wonderful resource for LiveRampers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace for employees of all identities. BERGs are aligned with the company’s values and objectives, and  also serve as an opportunity to amplify leadership among underrepresented groups. By joining a BERG, LiveRampers can develop a range of skills outside of their current day-to-day, while making a meaningful impact on the community. BERGs are a great way to celebrate differences and promote positive change both within the company and beyond.

Sauce

Sauce is the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Employee Resource Group’s mission is to create safe spaces for our community and allies to have conversations and learn together.
