In Solidarity with Ukraine

The war and ongoing acts against humanity in Ukraine over the past few weeks have left all of us shaken. I know I speak on behalf of everyone at LiveRamp when I say that our hearts and thoughts are with the people of Ukraine, and all those impacted by these horrific attacks.

One of LiveRamp’s core values is “we say what we mean, and do what we say.” Although we do not have employees or operations in Ukraine or Russia, the effects of the war are felt as close as Poland, where we do have colleagues, and as far as the United States, where some of our employees have family and close relatives in Ukraine. As global citizens we are all affected by human rights violations in the world—and we believe in doing what’s right. That’s why we have organized an internal campaign around Ukrainian relief efforts. Now through March 31, 2022, LiveRamp has pledged a 2:1 match of all employee donations made to select causes supporting aid efforts in Ukraine.

During this difficult time we also recognize that many of our employees may be feeling unmoored and uncertain. We are committed to ensuring that our employees feel LiveRamp is a stable base for them, a place where they can turn to their managers, friends, and colleagues for support. We encourage our team to take advantage of LiveRamp’s Employee Assistance Program and other mental health benefits (e.g. Talkspace).

We stand by our people, including all those who may be affected by this ongoing crisis. We also stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine as we continue to hope for a path to peace.
