Meet our Management Team


Auren Hoffman
CEO 

Auren was formerly CEO and co-founder of Rapleaf, which spun out LiveRamp in 2012. He was formerly Chair of Stonebrick Group. Previously, he founded and sold three internet companies: BridgePath (sold in 2002), Kyber Systems (sold in 1997), and GetRelevant (sold in 2002). He serves on the boards of BrightRoll and ReTargeter. Auren holds a B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley. He writes a blog called Summation.


James Arra
VP of Sales

Before joining LiveRamp, James was Vice President of WW Sales at TRUSTe where they grew the business from less than 1,000 customers to more than 6,000 customers in just over 3 years. Prior to TRUSTe, James was in a sales leadership role at Vontu, a data security company that was acquired by Symantec and prior to that James was VP and General Manager at FreeMarkets, a publicly traded SaaS company that merged with Ariba. James holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Quantitative Economics and Decision Theory from University of California, San Diego.


Ken Dreifach
General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer

Ken serves as Counsel for ZwillGen PLLC and specializes in privacy law, and regulatory law and strategy. Prior to LiveRamp, Ken was Deputy General Counsel of Linden Lab, the creators of Second Life, and prior to that, he was a partner in the Sonnenschein law firm. From 2000 through 2006, Ken was Chief of the Internet Bureau of the Office of the New York Attorney General. Ken received his law degree from New York University School of Law, and a BA from Wesleyan University.

Anneka B&W
Anneka Gupta
VP of Product

As Vice President of Product, Anneka oversees the execution and strategy of LiveRamp’s roadmap. Her background includes extensive experience across a variety of disciplines, including marketing, recruiting, product management and software development. Anneka received a Bachelor's degree in Math & Computational Sciences from Stanford University.


Joel Jewitt
VP of Strategic Partnerships

Joel runs strategic partnerships for LiveRamp. He was previously co-founder and VP Business Development of Motorola/Good Technology Inc, and prior to that was EVP of Encompass. Joel was also co-founder of Adaptive Media and was the fourth member in the founding team of Palm Computing. Joel holds a B.A. in Physics from Amherst College and a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Jeremy Lizt
VP of Engineering 

Prior to joining LiveRamp, Jeremy was co-founder and VP Engineering for Rapleaf. He was previously senior development manager in Oracle's server division. Jeremy was also a founding member of Oracle's application server team. Jeremy holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard and a post graduate degree in Jewish studies from Oxford University.


Travis May
VP of Operations, Product, and Partnerships

Travis was Founder and CEO of Campus Venture Network, Inc. - which was acquired by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. He studied Economics and Mathematics at Harvard and graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and Magna cum Laude Honors.


Bryan Morris
CFO

Before joining LiveRamp, Bryan was VP Finance at Ooyala, a leading SaaS provider of online video solutions. He was part of the executive team there that grew the company from 10 employees to over 250 and was instrumental in raising multiple rounds of financing. Prior to Ooyala, Bryan was VP of Finance for HyperRoll (acquired by Oracle), a provider of data performance software to Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in his career he spent several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California. He has a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.


Justin Schuster
VP of Marketing

Prior to LiveRamp, Justin was VP Product Marketing at Lithium Technologies, a leader in social media software for large enterprises. Before Lithium, Justin was VP Enterprise Products at MarketTools (purchased by Confirmit) and spent several years in marketing roles at Symantec, EMC, and Documentum. Justin holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business.
