How we’re enabling the leading AI ecosystem for marketers

LiveRamp is taking action to connect data to AI. As AI quickly becomes the engine powering growth across every market, powering AI with the right data is what will ensure AI not only works faster, but makes the right decisions as well. In his recent blog, Scott heralded LiveRamp’s hosting of the first AI Forums for Marketers in September, happening across the world with representatives from across the ecosystem. These will help the industry define and develop the standards for data collaboration in this new era. These standards will give every participant the security and reassurances they need to help further unlock the wave of innovation that the market is clamoring for.

In parallel to helping with the development of standards, LiveRamp is taking the critical step of building a connected AI ecosystem for our customers to test, learn, and drive business growth with AI services.

AI will change nearly every experience across the industry – all of those experiences should be powered by robust data in a trusted and secure way. To jumpstart AI progress, LiveRamp is focusing on forming partnerships across four initial uses cases that are critical for marketers, and is already building out a broader AI marketing ecosystem to help power our data collaboration network:

  • Search Experiences: Brands are tapping AI search experiences to deliver more effective, tailored customer touchpoints. We’ve already partnered with Perplexity to start helping connect brands with their audiences here.
  • Conversational Tools: AI can capture deeper intent signals in conversation experiences, enabling these insights to be used in remarketing and measurement. We’ve already partnered with Infobip to start turning these signals into actionable insights for remarketing and measurement.
  • Creative: AI can help personalize creative and targeting with unprecedented precision. We’ve already partnered with companies like Jivox to start bringing audiences into the decisioning process.
  • Agentic Trading and Optimization: Agentic AI enhances optimization and trading strategies, bringing data to bear in marketing decisionmaking. We’ve already partnered with Chalice to help AI tap marketing audiences.

Over the coming months, we’ll continue to grow our partner ecosystem beyond these areas into commerce, measurement and more.
