We’re excited to share the October 2024 release of the LiveRamp Data Collaboration Platform, which significantly increases speed to value for our customers. Check out the enhancements in each area of our Data Collaboration Platform.

Live/Identity

  • Identity Engine: Build your first-party identity graph in just hours, based on your own rules, to create an enterprise ID that ties all your customer data together. We’ve seen brands who’ve struggled for more than a year to build their own first-party identity graph. Get output with LiveRamp in less than two hours.
  • Deconfliction: This identity resolution feature removes conflicts between the brand’s determination of a customer (via a customer ID) and the person-based signals used by LiveRamp’s Identity Graph, guaranteeing that the best, and only the best, RampID is associated with each customer record and that no RampIDs are duplicated. This new option improves attribution and measurement of campaign activity and improves the accuracy of marketing AI models focused on optimal segmentation and targeting decisions.

  • Contact Enrichment: Strengthen your consumer records with additional contact data including phone numbers, emails, and postal addresses, to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of your customer outreach.

  • Google PAIR (Publisher Advertiser Identity Reconciliation): Easily activate across LiveRamp’s premier global ecosystem, including Google’s Display & Video 360 PAIR. With just a few clicks, you can add PAIR as a destination and be ready to activate. This streamlined process ensures you can quickly and efficiently connect with your target audiences across multiple platforms, maximizing your marketing ROI.
  • Activate directly from Snowflake: Leverage the publisher partners connected to LiveRamp’s market-leading consumer identity knowledge base. This solution is designed for marketers to streamline processes and improve efficiency where it matters most, all while minimizing data movement. 
  • ATS Direct: A seamless, signal-less solution for publishers and brands. Publishers can offer audience-based direct deals on RampID to a wide network of advertisers for greater yield on their inventory. 
  • Yahoo’s ConnectID through ATS: Provides increased addressability for publishers and increased reach for advertisers.

  • Automate and enforce data collaboration and query rules: Our solution automates constraint application, ensuring that your data usage policies are adhered to efficiently and transparently, providing peace of mind and reducing the need for manual oversight, eliminating the need to audit or modify actual code.
  • Simplified data hosting for accelerated collaboration: If you lack a dedicated cloud environment or prefer not to host data yourself, this service is ideal for users seeking quick setup for data collaboration without existing infrastructure, enhancing efficiency and accessibility.
  • Create, manage, and activate Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) audiences: This integration simplifies audience management across platforms, enhancing targeting capabilities and allowing you to activate audiences to Amazon’s DSP.
  • New markets available – Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Middle East: Seamlessly collaborate with walled gardens, publishers, retail, and other first-, second-, and third-party data across clouds and regions without the constraints of varying cloud environments, facilitating unified data management and access.
  • Transfer audience, conversion, exposure, or sample data between the Analytics Environment and the LiveRamp Clean Room: This feature benefits existing Analytics Environment users looking to expand their partner network with premium publishers or access data across different clouds. LiveRamp ensures a cohesive experience across products, eliminating the need to switch platforms.
