Media Horizons wanted a more efficient way to remove current customers from online audience segments to reduce Schwan’s’ customer acquisition costs.
Media Horizons worked with LiveRamp to onboard customer data into a number of new customer acquisition campaigns for Schwan’s. By connecting customer CRM data, emails, and postal addresses to display and social platforms through LiveRamp, current customers were suppressed from acquisition campaigns.
