Halli Goddard serves as the Head of Offsite Media Innovation and Partnership Integration at Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), where she is responsible for revolutionizing KPM’s offsite media product portfolio through cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally with current and prospective partners. In her role, Halli cultivates and expands strategic relationships with media and ad tech partners across the diverse landscape of Programmatic Display, Online Video, Connected TV, Audio, Social, and emerging channels. Before joining Kroger Precision Marketing in 2019, Halli Goddard spent over ten years in the media industry at Empower Media and Curiosity Advertising, where she played a pivotal role in developing and scaling media planning and buying efforts across Connected TV, Digital Audio and Direct Response Media. Halli attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she studied Journalism, Strategic Communications, and Advertising and is passionate about making media more relevant not just for advertisers, but for consumers as well.

Anne leads LiveRamp’s Partnerships team, which is comprised of top Data Suppliers, Platforms, Media companies and LiveRamp’s third party Data Marketplace. Prior to taking on this role, Anne created and launched LiveRamp’s B2B division where she hired and led the commercial teams of LiveRamp B2B. She’s developed expertise in Enterprise Saas sales across 1000’s of sales cycles in leadership roles at BlueKai / Oracle, Vivendi Universal and Meteor Solutions. Anne lives in Seattle and enjoys exploring the trails, seas and mountains of the Pacific Northwest with her husband and three sons.
Derek Leonard
Head of Data Collaboration, Roku
As Head of Data Collaboration Product Management for Roku, Derek Leonard leads the team that developed and launched Roku’s clean room, a platform that enables advertisers and publishers to measure and optimize their marketing campaigns while preserving user privacy and data security. He has spent more than a decade in ad-tech and mar-tech, previously focusing on identity resolution products as an engineering and product leader. Derek has a Ph.D. in computer science from Texas A&M University.
