Lauri Vela is the Senior Vice President, Performance Marketing Omni-Channel at Synchrony. She is responsible for omni-channel and performance marketing strategy and delivery. She also leads personalization, planning & execution, digital marketing, and adtech, martech, and agency management. Prior to Synchrony, Lauri held roles at Richemont, L’Oreal, General Electric, Harrods, and Nordstrom.

Amber Minson is Blue Apron’s Chief Revenue Officer. Amber is a marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience working with brands such as Intuit, HSN (Home Shopping Network), Craftsy, Time Warner and Alibaba. Her experience includes Merger and Acquisition successes on both the sell and buy side in the private equity space. She also serves as an advisor to multiple early-stage technology companies in both Web 2.0 and 3.0.

Lana Rainier leads North America Media Analytics & Insights at Procter & Gamble with responsibility for regional media analytics capability innovation and automation, audience data strategy, and retail media. Over the past decade, Lana has transformed the Procter & Gamble media ecosystem through the development of innovative media analytics, data and technology to enable applied insights. Lana has been previously recognized by Business Insider Rising Star in 2020 for her work on cross-media. Beyond media, Lana is responsible for brand building capability to enable best practices, training, and community across Brand Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Communications, and Design functions. Prior to Lana’s current role in media and brand building, she worked across the North America Feminine Care category on consumer insights and analytics for product innovation, marketing campaigns, and packaging design. Lana’s passion for brand building and consumer insights can be credited back to her time at Ohio State University where she earned degrees in Marketing and Psychology.

Lynn is currently the Vice President of Consumer Intelligence and Analytics. Her focus is to accelerate growth for the Hershey Company’s $9+ Billion business (80+ Brands) including Consumer Insights & Intelligence and Strategic Revenue Growth Management. In her previous role, Lynn was the Vice President of Customer Data and Business Intelligence for Taco Bell’s $11 Billion business (7,000+ stores). She was responsible for strategic brand sales forecasting & analysis, operational analytics, and industry & competitive trends. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College (Notre Dame, IN) and an MBA from University of California, Irvine (UCI). Lynn is passionate about volunteering and giving back to her community. She has helped shape the future of many children in need through being the board chair of the Project Hope Alliance. In addition, Lynn is on the advisory board for the Center of Digital Transformation at UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business and serves on UCI’s Alumni Association board of directors as the Treasurer.

Daniella Harkins is SVP, Commercial Strategy and Excellence at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), the leading data connectivity platform, where she works cross-functionally to drive the structure and transformation of the commercial team toward the next evolution—empowering them to achieve maximum productivity. She specializes in building cross-functional relationships, simplifying a strategic vision into tangible results to ultimately boost sales excellence. She oversees pipeline success, sales enablement, growth efficiency, and customer health.
Harkins was an early member of LiveRamp, and has been instrumental in the company’s growth within a highly competitive market. Formerly GM, Strategic and Media Alliances for LiveRamp, she focused on strategic growth and partnerships with LiveRamp’s largest clients, leveraging the power of identity across the ecosystem. She built her career working with clients at the intersection of data, technology, and creative, and has since used those relationship experiences to influence how she organically—and structurally—provides commercial team support within her current day-to-day. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Harkins was VP, Strategic Solutions at Verve, where she built programmatic and data partnerships to power mobile solutions for Verve’s clients. She has also previously held numerous executive roles at Acxiom. Harkins has cultivated strong global relationships throughout her professional tenure.
A passionate industry voice, Harkins is a member of the All Raise Visionary Voices, a partner and frequent podcast guest of social good platform Givsly, and an experienced speaker across various platforms—including New York Advertising Week. Her passion and curiosity have earned her recognition as Female Business Executive of the Year for Women in Business in 2017. She has been featured in esteemed industry publications, including Business Insider, Beet.TV, MediaPost, and ClickZ, among others.
Daniella holds a BA in French from Temple University and an MBA from St. John’s University Rome, and is fluent in French and Italian. She currently resides in Philadelphia with one Great Dane and two tiny dogs.
