Brian O’Kelley is CEO and co-founder of Scope3, the source of truth for supply chain emissions data. Credited with the invention of programmatic advertising, Brian is deeply committed to technology-driven innovations that benefit society while improving the health of the planet.
A respected entrepreneur and executive with a track record of building companies that have defined multi-billion dollar categories, Brian was the co-founder and CEO of AppNexus through its $1.6B sale to AT&T in 2018. He co-founded Waybridge, a supply chain technology company, and served as CTO of Right Media through its acquisition by Yahoo.

A serial entrepreneur, Amar founded PubMatic in 2006, serving as the company’s first CEO until his brother, Rajeev Goel, took the helm as the company’s current CEO. As Chief Innovation Officer, Founder, and Chairman, Amar runs PubMatic’s marketplace group, which is focused on increasing liquidity and driving monetization for the publishers on PubMatic’s platform. As part of this role, Amar focuses on data and algorithmic product innovation, machine learning, and marketplace quality. As Chairman he is responsible for helping PubMatic’s Board and management team drive the company’s overall strategy.
In addition to PubMatic, Amar also founded several other companies, including Komli Media, the leading independent advertising technology platform in the APAC region. Amar served as Founder and Chairman of Komli from 2006 through 2013, assuming the role of Founder and CEO in late 2013, a position he held until selling Komli Media in September 2015 when he rejoined PubMatic in a more active day-to-day role. As a 19-year-old student at Harvard University, Amar co-founded Chipshot.com. Over five years he grew the business to approximately $30M in annual sales, making Chipshot.com the fastest-growing ecommerce website at that time. In addition to founding his own companies, Amar has extensive experience in digital media and advertising, previously leading sales for a digital advertising business for Microsoft in the US and working at McKinsey & Co. and Netscape in a variety of consulting and engineering roles.
As an entrepreneur, Amar raised over $100M in venture capital and hired more than 1,000 employees around the globe, generating several hundred million dollars per year in revenue at peak.
He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.

From 2011 to Sept. 2018, Howe served as CEO and president of LiveRamp’s former parent company, Acxiom—a technology and services company dedicated to providing the data foundation for the world’s best marketers. In 2014, Fast Company named Howe one of the World’s Most Creative People. Before taking the reins at Acxiom in 2011, Howe held executive roles at Microsoft and aQuantive, where his teams built the world’s largest digital agency (Avenue A|Razorfish); pioneered people-based media buying (DRIVE Performance Media, aka the Microsoft Media Network); and developed the systems utilized for ad serving and attribution (Atlas International). He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group and Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. Howe is currently a board member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB)
