Jessica Carneiro is the Vice President of Marketing Technology for Enterprise AdTech capabilities at Fidelity Investments. In this role she is responsible for AdTech platform implementation and capability advancement to support Fidelity’s paid media programs. She leads AdTech product strategy that includes leveraging the latest innovations and future proofing all stages of the audience lifecycle. In prior roles at Fidelity, Jessica oversaw the development of an experimentation platform and marketing operations team to enable delivery of marketing and communication messages to prospects and customers. She also led the build of advance marketing measurement models to understand the effectiveness of marketing spend and enabled key marketing optimization decisions.
Jessica has been involved in the digital marketing evolution from the start of her career, bringing twenty years of experience in the digital marketing domain. Prior to Fidelity, Jessica helped shape the organizational strategy for analytics and data analysis methodologies at a programmatic DSP called DataXu. At Yahoo, she was responsible for growing and supporting multi-million-dollar advertising sales business for the Financial Services vertical. At Compete, she helped many banking clients increase revenue and grow business through lead gen, on-site improvements and various big data analytics and statistical techniques.
Jessica is a mom to 4 young kids and lives in Massachusetts with her family.

Additionally, Brent spent 14 years at Target leading Digital Media, Measurement, Audience Strategy, MarTech/AdTech and Strategic Digital Partnerships.
