As Chief Data Officer, Laura McElhinney is a key member of Horizon’s Governance Committee and leader of the agency’s, Media Technology and Data Team. Laura has extensive experience in creating and guiding clients through data enriched strategic solutions across a multitude of industries and product categories. Her experience includes 25+ years in the media and agency business which brings together a unique blend of industry knowledge, technological support, and development as well as client-side business consultancy. In leveraging this extensive background, Laura has spearheaded the implementation of a State-of-the-Art data technology platform that seamlessly integrates, analyzes and distributes enhanced client level data that is both meaningful and actionable throughout the entire data driven ecosystem.

Aaron Fetters

Aaron Fetters is the CEO, Managing Partner for Transparent Partners, a leading marking technology, data and people consultancy. Aaron has has spent a 20+ year career delivering value for the world’s largest brands. Early in his career he was on the front line of the digital revolution at Procter & Gamble. He then spent several years at the Kellogg Company serving as director of Insights and Analytics overseeing a broad marketing insights organization. More recently Fetters held the role of EVP at comScore where he oversaw and grew the advertiser and agency business. Aaron later became a founding member of two venture backed adtech companies.

Sam Levine Archer

Chief Solutions Officer, North America, Publicis Groupe

As Publicis Groupe’s Chief Solutions Officer, North America, Sam designs agile, go-to-market solutions that address complex marketplace challenges – bringing together the Groupe’s unrivaled capabilities in data, creativity, media, and technology in new ways to accelerate growth for clients. Sam identifies and drives new strategic capabilities, builds centers of excellence fueling innovation, and serves as a strategic point in cloud, data, and platform partnerships. She’s a native New Yorker, proud graduate of Colgate University, wife, and mom of two sons.

Clark Kokich

Chairman of the Board, LiveRamp

Clark was an early leader in digital marketing, serving as CEO of Razorfish, Inc., working with major global clients such as Microsoft, Apple, Disney, Chase Bank, Delta Airlines, Levi’s, and Verizon. During his 13 years at Razorfish he led that firm’s growth from the depths of the Internet bust in 2001 to become the world’s largest digital agency at the time, with over 2,000 employees operating in 8 countries. Clark has been on the LiveRamp board since 2009, and currently serves on the board of Xembly, Inc. In his spare time, Clark is struggling to learn how to mix major and minor pentatonic scales for blues guitar.
