Today we announced an agreement to be acquired by Acxiom for $310 million. Acxiom has been a close partner of LiveRamp’s and we are really excited that we will be joining their team. This will give us the ability to drive faster adoption of data onboarding and deliver even greater value to our customers and partners.

Double Down on Partners – Today we onboard and connect data across nearly 100 marketing applications, helping the world’s leading brands use their data to run more efficient, personalized marketing campaigns. We’re proud of this achievement, but we’re only just getting started. We want to work with every marketing application in the world.
International Expansion – Many of our customers and partners have been urging us to expand into international markets. Acxiom brings a wealth of resources, global infrastructure, and international security expertise that will help us bring data onboarding to more parts of the world in a much shorter time frame.

LiveRamp will benefit from Acxiom’s vast resources, which will help us achieve higher match rates, faster turnaround times, and the ability to rapidly introduce data onboarding to thousands of Acxiom customers.
