Apple’s IDFA Changes and the Need for Fully Consented Solutions
Recently at WWDC, Apple announced upcoming changes to its IDFA mobile identifier with the release of iOS14 this fall. These updates require publishers to obtain one-time user permission of their mobile ID, but provide only one chance to obtain that permission. With the expectation that not all users will grant consent, the ability to reach customers will also diminish.
