Today, Twitter announced support for CRM data in its tailored audiences advertising tool. LiveRamp is pleased to be one of Twitter’s partners selected for the launch. With this integration, LiveRamp customers can now seamlessly connect their customer data into the Twitter advertising platform and effectively message their consumer base by creating relevant promoted tweets using their own customer and prospect data.
“With the added ability to use data such as purchase history and CRM to target promoted tweets, brands can now use their first-party data to connect meaningfully with their customers on Twitter,” said Auren Hoffman, CEO of LiveRamp. “This partnership with Twitter allows brands to integrate their data into yet another marketing application moving us one step towards our vision of full marketing data connectivity.”
LiveRamp’s integration with Twitter allows marketers to:
- Anonymously create tailored audiences within Twitter based on email or postal addresses in their existing customer database.
- Run promoted tweets targeting specific segments of their CRM.
- Optimize the content of their promoted tweets based on what they know about your customers.
LiveRamp’s customers are retailers, telco companies, financial services companies, auto companies, and other leading marketers with rich data assets. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com.
