Today, we are excited to introduce LiveRamp GetOnboard (GO), a platform for automating the data onboarding process from file upload to distribution of data to destination platforms. LiveRamp’s goal is to make data onboarding faster for brands, reducing the standard onboarding time from weeks to hours. LiveRamp GO provides a unified onboarding interface for marketers looking to integrate their customer database into one or more of 60+ demand-side, data management, and measurement platforms.
LiveRamp GO contains three workspaces:
Overview: Provides a holistic snapshot of your input files and device matches and allows you to upload new files.
Segments: Displays existing segments from your customer database and allows you to build new segment combinations.
Destinations: Showcases our 60+ partner integrations and enables easy integration of your customer database into each destination partner.
Below is a walkthrough of LiveRamp GO.
The Overview workspace provides a holistic snapshot of your input files and device matches and allows you to upload new files.
On the left side of the Overview workspace you will find information about your input records. Input records represent the unique rows across all of your files, so if firstname.lastname@example.org appears in multiple files, that record will only be counted once. If you prefer, we can use your inhouse ID to uniquely track your records.
The file panel provides status updates on the matching process. When the light is green, your data is onboarded and ready to use within the destination platform(s). This interface is also used to upload new files and update data about your customers directly.
On the right side, you will find information about your online matches, expressed as the number of devices we’ve matched to your customer database. Below, the same metric is broken down by destination. We’ve also included some helpful articles on data onboarding.
The Segments workspace displays existing segments from your customer database and allows you to build new segment combinations.
The table lists all current segments managed for you by LiveRamp. You can choose to view your segment information across all destinations or break them down individually. Device match and input record counts are provided.
The Destination workspace showcases the ecosystem of 60+ destination platforms integrated with LiveRamp. From this page you can learn more about each destination and get in touch with someone from our team who will help you with new integrations.
