Live Nation Enhances Personal Conversations with Customers

As the largest live entertainment company in the world, Live Nation has the opportunity for multiple touch points with fans and to gather their preferences in a privacy-centric manner. However, one of the company’s biggest challenges was acting on that data to help sponsors of their events create meaningful fan experiences. 

Through its partnership with LiveRamp, Live Nation was able to activate the data for their sponsors’ campaigns, enabling conversations and enhancing the overall fan experiences at their events. By leveraging technologies like beacons and geofencing, the company was able to catalyze conversations with fans—before, during, and after Live Nation events—and then layer on lookalike modeling to extend its reach to prospective customers.
