Case Study: BustedTees sees 390% ROI with CRM Retargeting

LiveRamp recently partnered with BustedTees, a well known t-shirt brand, to help connect them with their offline customers. BustedTees previously experienced great success with retargeting, but also wanted to re-connect with customers who were no longer engaged via email, or visiting their website. BustedTess chose ReTargeter, a parter of LiveRamp, as their trusted retargeting platform. Together LiveRamp and ReTargeter helped BustedTees bring their offline customer data online and use it to target display ads.

LiveRamp’s CRM Retargeting was able to help solve this problem by converting BustedTees’ email list to an anonymous online audience segment, serving ad impressions for one month through their current platform with ReTargeter. The campaign resulted in 195 total conversions with an average order value of $40. BustedTees was able to see an ROI of 390% from serving ad impressions over a one month campaign period.
